Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2025 · Governed by the laws of Kenya
1. Acceptance
By creating a Metron ISP account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Metron ISP is a subscriber management and billing automation platform for Internet Service Providers. Features include M-Pesa reconciliation, MikroTik integration, and WhatsApp notifications.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Payment
Fees are billed monthly in arrears based on active subscribers. Invoices are due within 7 days. Non-payment may result in suspension after 14 days' notice.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Metron. We process it on your behalf under your instruction. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, violate any law, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.
7. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 24 hours in advance. Credits for downtime exceeding SLA are available on written request.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Metron's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. On termination, you may export your data in CSV format for 30 days. After 30 days, data is deleted.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muranga.
