Pricing FAQ
What counts as an active subscriber?
A subscriber who has a successful M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or bank payment recorded against their account in the current calendar month. A subscriber who is suspended, has expired, or has never paid does not count.
Can I trial without a credit card?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial and connect your real network. No card required. After 14 days, the first invoice reflects actual active subscribers for that month.
What happens if I grow past my tier?
Nothing automatic. The per-subscriber rate drops as you grow -we will flag when you are approaching a better tier and you choose when to upgrade.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migration from your existing system (CSV or Excel import) is included. For founding ISPs we also offer a free onboarding session over Zoom.
What about the on-prem / standalone option?
Carrier and enterprise accounts can run Metron on their own servers. Pricing is a separate annual licence -contact us for a quote.
